FBF was founded in 1981 in the San Francisco Bay Area. We had the pleasure of working on a variety of projects that included original 3D animation, audio scores and high end video editing. The video market varies with both budget as well as needs. FBF contracted with a number of edit facilities who used D1, DigitalBeta, Non-linear systems and cuts only output. Today, with the advent of desktop systems, FBF uses a nonlinear system powered by Matrox, Adobe Premiere mastered onto miniDV.

FBF will take your photo's, slides, videos and transform these images into a polished video playable on either standard VHS, miniDV or VCD/DVD players. This service is available to anyone with the need to make use of those family photo's, old movies, sports films, birthdays and so many more times when that camera came out. There is nothing better than to sit down with family, friends or business associates and turn on a finished tape or disc filled with wonderful memories or that important message needing to get across.

FBF utilizes flatbed scanners, digital cameras, a Microsoft Windows-based nonlinear editing software program powered by a Matrox RTX.100 video editing board to work on and complete projects. All titling for video can enhance and add important facts to each video. Music and audio is critical to 'make' each project flow also. FBF has an extensive music library that can be used royalty-free.

Production

Photo to Video:
You provide the photos and let FBF transform these into a photo montage.

Video Frame Grabs
FBF can use your video and save up to 25 files in the format or your choice (.jpg, .gif, .tif, .psd etc.) All files will then be saved onto a CD for your convenience.

Video Editing
Work with FBF to create your final project. It is very important to be prepared with a plan. FBF will assist you in the preplanning session before any editing starts.
